•Poison dagger: Elena carries with her a small silver dagger which has a deadly poisonous blade that is deadly. She hides it away and only uses it when necessary.

•Necklace: Seraphine wears a green necklace which is very important to her as this necklace holds the source of her magical powers.

Powers:

•Electrical charge: Seraphine can produce a large electrical charge which allows her to create powerful electrical balls which are most effective when she is surrounded by electrical sources. With total concentration she can also produce electric warriors from this power meaning she can be very dangerous.

•Electric blast: Seraphine produce strong green electrical rays from her hands which when used destroy anything in their path. This power is her favourite and very effective. When used on humans is causes paralysis. This power can stretch as far as 50 metres distance.

•Electric glow: One of Seraphine's favourite powers is her electric glow. This is a power that comes from her pendant which when used against a human it blinds them due to its brightness.

•Mind penetration: Seraphine can also use her electric powers and glow together and with it she can penetrate the mind of an individual and at same time control them.

Abilities:

•Shield production: Using her powers Seraphine I'd able to produce protective shields around her but she mainly used shields on her pendant putting protective shields around it as it is key to her powers making it hard to break.

•Expert markswoman: Seraphine is an expert when it comes to aim especially with her electric blast as she id known to rarely miss a target. She has also thrown her poison dagger in the past from a long distance with great effect.

Talents:

•Multilingual: Elena is fluent in many languages such as English, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian and she can even speak Arabic.

•Seraphine is a skilled kickboxer too but she rarely uses her fighting skills as she uses her powers.

•Elena can drive many sports cars and she has a vast collection of them at her home.

Weaknesses:

•Seraphine has a weakness to any form of water due to her electrical powers if she gets hit by water it makes her powers falter.

•Seraphine is weak against fast moving heroes and she is slow at reacting to their speed and sometimes taking blows to the head.

Personality:

Elena is a very clever and highly skilled young woman. She always makes sure that her goals are met no matter what it takes. Elena is quite bossy and cruel to some of her workers and she gets angry quite easily. Elena has no care for anyone and she does not care what happens to her friends as she cares mainly for herself. As a young girl she was known to be hard working and very brave. She can at times also be quite opinionated.

History:

Elena Siniakova was born in Moscow to parents Ivar and Anastasia. Elena's father was a Russian billionaire who has his own weapons company. When Elena was 13 her parents moved to England where they bought a huge mansion and his business now branched out into several countries in the world earning more money. One day whilst on a return flight from Russia to see his family Elena's father Ivar was killed in a terrible plane crash in the mountains over Scandinavia after problems with the engine. Elena and her mother were both devastated by the loss of Ivar and his death had a huge impact on Elena and it changed her personality dramatically.

Weeks after her father's funeral Elena took up the role of owner of her father's weapons company as his will stated that the business would pass to his daughter following his passing. With this Elena inherited her father's fortunes and now owned the huge mansion in England plus she bought a new mansion of similar size in New York City where she would move to. Elena soon fell out with her mother and she sent her mother to remain in England with only a small fortune as she constantly blamed her mother for being bullied at a young age and she never really got on with her mother. Elena at the age of 18 became the richest young person in England and soon she moved her home to New York where she had at least 7 top class sports cars and she opened a new branch of the business in New York.

One year after opening the weapons business in New York, Elena designed a new electrical weapon she had been working on and she ordered the workers to get it ready and as she tried it the weapon was not quite ready and it backfired electrocuting Elena and soon after Elena's body change inside being filled with electricity which turned into small cells in her body and Elena discovered she had powers. Elena was able to stand and she soon had green electrical rays coming from her hands which she was soon able to control although not very well. Elena ordered for the weapon to be modified and she returned home to her mansion in New York where she tried all of her new powers and she soon designed her own green costume and with it she wore a green necklace her mother gave her and when she put this on the electric charge in her body was all held inside it and it also have her new powers.

The blow from the weapon had also changed Elena's mindset and she now saw the kind people and other heroes as villains and she decided to turn to be a masterful criminal and she gave herself the name of Seraphine and soon she was testing her new designs on the actual people of the cities not caring for their safety. She continued to grow as a leader in her business creating several weapons herself and with her new powers she also created her own army of electrical soldiers too. Seraphine would become a global threat as her aim was to rid the world of heroes and replace them with her own supreme rule as a powerful enchantress. She would become enemy number one of many groups such as the Justice League and the X-Men and the Avengers making her a supervillain who sought world domination. Whilst she was on her way home in her silver Koenisegg sports car she heard a news bulletin about two universes that had joined together and all heroes from both universes had united together too to stop a threat. The news intrigued Seraphine and she believed she could learn more of these threats and join with some forces of evil in her plan for world domination.

Appearance:

Elena appears as a very slim and athletic type character who has black hair and brown eyes. As Elena she often does her hair many different colours but her natural is black. She is also very attractive and appeals to most men. She wears a dark green costume which has blacks shoulders and it is her own creation. She also has a green pendant which contains her power. Elena also carries a green poisonous dagger on her but she keeps it hidden out of sight.

Roleplay Sample:

Elena was meeting with her workers in her office at her weapons business and she was discussing her new super weapon she wanted to create which she would use to help her with her quest. "This is the weapon i want to create. A super powered electrical device that when detonated will cause world destruction and would help eliminate all heroes in this world. She said to them as they looked on and listened intently as they were interested. "For it we will need lots of metal equipment and also we will require silver to produce destruction. I shall give you an army of soldiers to gather these items from factories and i shall return home to work on design. Now go and get me what i want" She said as the men soon left with the small army Seraphine had created.

Elena soon got into her McLaren car and she returned to her mansion and with it she started to begin her design for the look of the weapon. "Perfect the way it looks shall be round and soon i shall begin the creation" She said as she looked at a picture of her father.
"Soon father i shall make the weapon you always dreamed of and soon i Seraphine shall rule over this universe and all will see my true power when i unite the forces of evil against the heroes" She said as she finished her weapon design and she was very satisfied.
