•Web-shooters: Created by Peter himself he has two web shooters on each wrist which create strands of web fluid at high pressures and speeds.

•Utility belt: A belt Created by Peter himself when he first entered the superhero world which has extra clips of webbing, spider tracers and his spider signal. Later he upgraded it to hold different types of cartridges for webbing and freezing.

•Spider-tracers: A hand piece of equipment designed by Peter himself which help to to track objects or individuals.

•Avengers identicard: A small credit card like gadget designed by Tony Stark that was given to all the Avengers for identification.

•Spider-Man also has a red and a black suit. Whilst in the black suit Spider-Man's personality greatly changes.

Powers:

•Spider physiology: Spider-Man possesses the proportionate powers of a spider granted to him by a spider that was said to have already been mutated the Common House Spider whilst he was at an exhibition on a school trip. The bite from the spider changed organs in his body granting Peter the powers of strength and speed and toughness flesh.

•Wall crawling: The affect of the spider venom he was exposed too induced a mutagenic change on his engrams allowing him to be able to control electrostatic force and with it he had great grip and able to crawl up any type of wall.

•Superhuman strength: This power enables Spider-Man to press lift many tons. This power also gives him physical strength that allows him to lift and even throw heavy objects such as a big rig semi truck.

•Super human stamina: Spider-Man advanced musculature produces less toxin during physical activity compared to the standard human. With this power he can physically exert himself further for longer periods of time.

•Superhuman ability: Spider-Man's agility, balance and body coordination are far more enhanced to that of a standard human athlete. He is also extraordinary limber and his tendons and tendons are twice as elastic as those of a human. With this power he can also perform flips and rolls.

•Enhanced immune system: Due to his enhanced metabolism, Spider-Man has a higher tolerance for drugs and diseases than an average human and can recover from the effects of doses quicker than others.

•Superhuman equilibrium: Spider-Man has the ability to achieve a perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He is able to adjust his position in an instinct and balance on any kind of object.

•Superhuman reflexes: Spider-Man's reflexes are also enhanced and they are about forty times greater than those of a normal human. The speed of his reflexes allows him to dodge almost any attack.

•Spider sense: Spider-Man possesses a sense that allows him to detect immediate danger or possible danger by the manifestation of a tingling sensation in back of his head. With this sense it allows him to avoid most injuries.

•Indomitable will: Spider-Man has a strong force of will that is completely free of evil and temptation. This will allows him to be even stronger in battle following a defeat and makes his physical strength stronger.

•Genius level intellect: Spider-Man possesses an IQ that is greater than 250 and it makes him one of the cleverest human beings on Earth equal to that of Reed Richards.

•Expert Inventor/engineer: With his expertise in the arts of mechanics, robotics and engineering Peter has been able to use his intellect and skill to create many devices and objects to use.

•Master acrobat: Thanks to his great strength and phenomenal equilibrium Peter is able to perform every type of stunt making him an expert athlete.

•Skilled photographer: Peter is a very skilled photographer and he has worked for the Daily Bugle and the Front Line for many years.

•Master martial artist: Due to spending his school days being bullied and pranked Peter has grown and developed his own superhuman powers and these have made him and expert in hand to hand combat with his own unique fighting style.

Personality:

Spider-Man is commonly seen as a brave and righteous hero with an indomitable sense of justice. Shaken by the death of his uncle Peter became a figure for humanitarian service. This combined with his strong morale and incredible wit make his one of the best heroes in the universe. Spider-Man also possesses a great sense of humour. He was known as the class clown and even when he is on the brink of death he is always able to crack a joke to annoy his foe.

Behind his humourous facade however is a wounded soul who has gone through much suffering. When in combat Spider-Man sees the odd person die and it leaves him very depressed and often makes him feel guilty in his failure to achieve his responsibility. He is also traditionally a loner and he has found in hard to work in teams however he has served well in the Avengers. Peter is also a very strong willed hero and no matter what he faces he always gets back up again.

History:

Peter Benjamin Parker was born in the borough of Queens to Richard and Mary Parker. Whilst Peter was still an infant his parents were assigned by the CIA to infiltrate a based controlled by the Nazi known as the Red Skull. The moment that the Red Skull learnt that Richard and Mary Parker were double agents he hired one of his agents known as the Finisher to have them killed in a plane crash. Unknown to him however before they died the couple did have another child that was unknown even to Peter himself a young girl called Teresa who was in fact Peters younger sister. Following the death of his parents the orphaned Peter went to live with his aunt and uncle Ben and May Parker in New York and they raised him as if he were there own son.

Over the next nine years Peter became very skilled in the art of Science and was awarded an honours from Midtown High School for his achievements. While attending an exhibition with his class from school at a laboratory experimenting on nuclear waste materials the 15 year old Peter was bitten by a spider. Following the bite whilst he was on his way home Peter was almost hit by a car yet he was able to push it away from him with his hand and he found that he had great strength and abilities that he believed had happened as a result of the bite. Peter soon saw in an additional a cash prize that was being offered for three minutes in a ring with a well known wrestler and Peter felt this would be a way to try out his new powers.

For the fight Peter began creating himself his own Spider suit with mask to avoid embarrassment and he titled himself as Spider-Man and had an easy victory. After his first TV appearance whilst collecting his prize Peter let a thief go believing that it was not his duty to stop him. Later however he found that the same thief killed his uncle Ben and Peter set out and stopped him as Spider-Man and it was at this moment he decided to become a superhero. Peter would protect the citizens and even his girlfriend's against threats from many does one of which was his friend Harry and he would also be a key member of the Avengers team. Peter always held to with word that he had a great responsibility with his new power and he would put it to good use. Peter would take up the job of a photographer at the Daily Bugle paper photographing Spider-Man thanks to his great picture skills.

Appearance:

Peter Parker appears as a very intelligent and caring person who is brilliant with science. He wears black glasses when he is himself. Peter appears usually in a red suit when as Spider-Man. The suit was based on his own design and it is mainly red with a large blue spider on the front with matching blue boots and gloves. Peter does however own another suit which is black in colour with a white spider on the front. This suit was transported onto him when he was infected by venom transforming him in a different more dark Spiderman. Peter also appears as very strong willed and quite shy most of the time.

Roleplay Sample:

Peter was at home and he was working on a new design for his costume when he receives word of a robbery that was taking place and he immediately goes to the aid arriving on the scene only to find that the burglar had taken a hostage at the same time and Peter began to speak to him. "Hey buddy there is no need to do this we can just talk and settle this between us there is no need to harm her she has done nothing wrong he says as the burglar steps back and suddenly looses his balance and slipping over the edge of the building. Peter being caring believed it to be his responsibility to save the burglar despite his crimes and he goes down after him saving him with his webs.

"There you go you had better watch yourself in future and no more robbing if not i will be here to stop you once more" he said as he safely lowered the burglar down to the police and he was congratulated and thanked for his helps and soon Peter was back home making sure not to wake his aunt who was sleeping and he continued the design for his new device "That should be perfect for new suit to fit these new web shooters and now all i have to do is design them at the lab" he says to himself. He began heading to the lab where he put his new design to the test in a special engineering room and after a couple of hours created his new web shooters without anyone even seeing.
