Weapons/equipment:

•Harlequin costume: Harley originally wore a red and black costume with diamonds on when she first joined the Joker capped with a hat with two balls on the end but later she ditched the costume for more provocative clothing wearing a red and blue bomber jacket with fishnet stockings and heeled boots.

•Nano-bomb implant: Harley had a nano-bomb implanted in her neck when she operated under Amanda Waller and it would detonate and explode if she ever tried to escape but it was disabled by the Joker.

•Chiappa Rhino 60ds: Harley sports a customised 6 cylinder magnum revolver which she carries in a black holder slung under her arm. Each cylinder of her revolver has either love or hate in it.

•Baseball bat: Harley carries a personalised baseball bat which has 'Good night' written down the side of it which she uses in combat.

•Knife: Harley also carries a knife which she once used to try and stab Batman.

•Mallet: Harley sometimes carries a personalised mallet which she most frequently used during her villainous escapades with her boyfriend the Joker. Lately she prefers to carry the baseball bat.

•Cellphone: Harley was given a purple cellphone so she could communicate with the Joker whilst i see the control of Amanda Waller.

Powers:

•Enhanced strength and stamina: This power was given to Harley by her good friend Poison Ivy following injections she was given which made her incredibly strong and gained a lot of stamina more than an average human.

•Toxic immunity: This power was given to Harley following the treatment given to her by Poison Ivy which makes Harley immune to most toxins and even to Poison Ivy own toxins.

•Peak human condition: Harley Quinn has top physical condition higher enough of that to which she is able to hold her own against forces. She is stringers that most other humans in this state.

•Expert markswoman: Harley Quinn although not as good as Dead short she is an expert shot nailing many headshots.

•Expert deceiver: Harley Quinn is a very highly skilled deceiver even been known to have pretended to be dead when shot by Deadshot.

•Expert tactician: Whilst not quite on par in this department as to her lover the Joker, Harley is in herself a highly skilled tactician in criminal activities.

•One of Harleys weaknesses is her heart. She has a great passion and love for the Joker and she would do anything for him too.

•Guns and knifes: Harley Quinn is a supervillain but she is a human and knifes and guns can hurt and even kill her.

•Harley Quinn is insane and this effect results in people avoiding her and leaves her with no friends.

Personality:

Harleen Quinzel was once a very intelligent, calm and compassionate young lady who worked at Arkham Asylum before the Joker transformed her both mentally and physically into Harley Quinn. Her mind had changed both mentally and physically following the Joker's therapy and she became a person who was hardly recognisable as the woman she once was but was now a homicidal, sadistic and physcopatic villian.

She would use her sexuality and playful ways to achieve her goals usually harming other in the process. Despite her insanity she is still highly intelligent and often shows signs of her skills. Harley is also pathologically fearless and fights alongside the suicide squad enjoying herself in the process. Harley also has a very dim view on regular life and she also dreams of one day having her own family with the Joker.

History:

Harleen Frances Quinzel was born on the 20th July 1990 and she graduated from high school and pursued a degree in psychology. Following her graduation Harleen's theoretical thesis made a huge success and she was transferred into the job at Arkham Asylum. During her time there Harleen began to gain a huge interest in the Joker who was imprisoned there, regularly sitting and visiting him. As their sessions went on however Harleen slowly began to be manipulated by the Joker and he played with her mental state and slowly she fell in love with him and he persuaded her to smuggle a machine gun to him for his escape.

Following what he did to her Harleen managed to chase the Joker down and stop his car and even nearly killed him shooting a man in the process and soon the Joker taunted her and she soon wanted to accompany him and together they went to Ace chemicals. Whilst there Harleen was made to swear an oath to him and that was to die for him and she agreed and soon she allowed herself to fall in the same chemicals that the Joker was created in and soon he was in after her saving her. From that point on the Joker named her Harley Quinn and the duo of phsycopathic lovers would go on a crime spree in the streets of Gotham often coming into contact with Batman. Over the time as well Harley and the Joker together would kill Batman's partner Robin and insult Batman with the Joker vandalising Robin's suit as well.

After being captured by Batman the insane Harley Quinn was sent to Belle Reve supermax by Argus director Amanda Waller. After putting several guards in hospital Harley was transferred into her own cell to keep everyone safe and her cell was a barbed-wired electric cage to keep her in check. Harley was barely given any comforts using the sheets for her gymnastic routines and she was regularly tortured by the guard. Harley would later however be deployed on a mission by Amanda Waller as part of a team known as the Suicide Squad. Harley continued after to pursue Batman.

Appearance:

Harley Quinn appears as a highly intelligent character and very good at phschology. In her early times with the Joker she appeared wearing a black and red suit with triangles on it and a hat with balls on the end of each arm of the hat. Later however Harley has new clothes appearing with white, blue and pink hair and a bomber top that was revealing with fishnet stockings and heeled boots. She also appears more insane after the Joker's therapy and she carries a knife in a pocket under her arm and she also has a mallet at times too and she carries a personalised revolver.

Roleplay Sample:

Harley Quinn was with the Joker in his stronghold and whilst they say with each other the Joker informed her of his plan to catch Batman's dear friend Batgirl in order to get to him and hearing it Harley spoke "What a brilliant plan my love i am sure it will be a great success i can distract her whilst you capture her" she says insanely to him and soon they set out in the Joker's car and tracked down Batgirl who was at her home preparing for a meal with Bruce when Joker and Harley arrived. Harley looked at her and smiled insanely as Batgirl readied herself for a fight. Coming towards them Harley stepped forward and began using her acrobatic fighting skills "Brave girl trying to fight us but you should have come quietly as now you will lose" Harley says kicking Batgirl hard in the facing knocking her out cold.

The Joker and Harley collect Batgirl and they take her to the Joker's hideout where she is tied up and left dangling from the ceiling and soon comes round and Harley went up to her "You are pretty my dear and i cannot wait to see the look on Batman's face when he sees you dead for where is the fun if you survive" she says kicking Batgirl. Later that night when all was dark and with the Joker and Harley sleeping Batman made his move having been watching them for a while and he quietly rescues Batgirl much to Harley's disappointment in the morning.
