•Shuriken: As White Canary, Sara carries on her person an unknown number of shurikens to use in long distance battles or as distractions.

•Honed senses: Sara has the ability to instantly notice danger in her environment.

•Master swords woman: Sara is an expert with any kind of blade and she was trained during her time in the League of Assassins. She rarely loses a fight when using a sword.

•Toxicology: Sara spent a long time in the League of Assassins and during her time their she became knowledgeable in toxins.

•Stealth: Sara is highly renown for being a master at gaining access to various locations without being seen.

Weaknesses:

•Bloodlust: Sara is often plagued with a bloodlust to kill and this at times makes her aggressive and violent and this is possibly her greatest weakness.

•It has been known at times that Sara can lose concentration in battle which affect her but this is a rare occurrence and she is weaker when she does not fight with weapons despite all her skills.

Personality:

Growing up Sara Lance was a person who could not stay out of trouble. As the younger of two sister Sara was more of the naughty type compared to her sister. Sara was a rebellious and outgoing party girl who as a teenager got into legal trouble. Sara also has a very petty and jealous nature to her. After her near death experience however Sara became more introverted, apathetic and cold and more savvy in technologies and science.

After being recruited into the League of Assassins and trained as a warrior Sara became more independent, headstrong and confident however despite this she never forgot her identity or love for her family. Sara has a quiet reserved demeanour being haunted and burdened by her traumatically experiences as a warrior. She has displayed a sense of guilt as well as honour for her past actions. Sara does occasionally lack a moral compass in the acts of vengeance and she is perfect happy to kill people who have harmed those she holds dear.

History:

Sara Lance was born on December 25th in 1987 to Quentin and Dinah Lance and has an older sister called Laurel Lance. When Sara was 10 years old her father bought her a pet canary which she absolutely loved and it drove everyone else crazy. When she was little Sara would play dress up with her elder sister. In her youth Sara attended Starling City Elementary. Over the years she began to be bullied at school and it began to affect her behaviour and she soon dropped in her grade level. Sara also began dating in her youth days and the most famous was Oliver Queen.

Sara Lance would soon become a member of the league of Assassins and she had formerly been a member of Team Arrow along with her lover Oliver. One day in 2007 following the Queens Gambit Sara was presumed to have died and that was what her lover Oliver thought too however Sara had been taken aboard a ship called the Amazo and she was on this boat for a year as shortly after the boat sank and Sara had to be rescued by the League of Assassins. Following their rescue Sara decided to join the League of Assassins and she stayed and trained with them for five years where she learnt combat skills and she was now starting to turn into a vigilante. After five years with the League Sara returned to Starling City but not as herself but as the vigilante known as the Canary.

Sara stayed at Starling City to protect her sister Laurel but she was forced to leave as she was being followed by the League of Assassins who were trying to bring her back following her departure. Eventually Sara was released from the League of Assassins by her lover Nyassa and she would go on to form a relationship with her lover from school Oliver Queen. Soon after however Sara soon rejoined the League for their help in defeating Slade Wilson and on her eventual return to Starling following Malcolm Merlyn, Sara was killed by Thea Queens hand. Over a year after her death Sara was resurrected with help from the Lazarus pit and she soon joined Rip Hunters team and became known as the White Canary and following his death she became leader of the Legends team.

Appearance:

Sara Lance first appears as the Canary who was a very dark character who wore black and she also hid her identity by wearing a mask. She was Black Canary during her training with the League of Assassins. She appears as a very strong willed character who is not afraid to speak her mind. She appears usually in this form with weapons. After her resurrection Sara appears as the White Canary a character who appears in a white leather protected suit with white boots and she does not have a mask in this form but she has a blonde wig and she nearly always carries a white fighting stick with her which she uses in combat. In this form she is more powerful than in her previous form.

Roleplay Sample:

Sara Lance was at the training academy with the League when she was informed she had to track someone down for them "Who is this character i must track down and bring in?" she asked and she was informed and she prepared herself to leave changing into the White Canary. She set out on her task and soon after she came across her target but standing in her way was Oliver Queen who before her resurrection she dated. She knew she had to stick to her mission and so she went towards her target and Oliver saw her and he confronted her. "You thought i was dead Oliver well i am not now i need you to get out of my way as i have a job to do" she said to him as he refused to move.

Seeing his refusal Sara began to start combat with him and she used her acrobatic skills and fighting stick and she battered Oliver and she was stronger than anyone anticipated and knocking Oliver to the ground she stood over him "I warned you not to get in my way Oliver and i am not the girl you once knew" she said to him and soon left and carried on to her mission however her target had long gone and because of Oliver she was forced to return to the League headquarters without her man and she explained what had happened and she was allowed to carry on this time and soon she continued with her training.
