Weapons/equipment:

•Batsuit: Batman wears a suit that is composed of reinforced Kevlar and a small amount of titanium. The suit is also bulletproof and resistant to many other types of attack. The gloves on the suit are reinforced to rebound punches and kicks. The cloak allows Batman to glide and the mask shields his face from x ray attacks.

•Utility belt: Batman keeps most of his field equipment in a signature piece of apparel: The yellow utility belt. The belt also has a button that allows Batman to call the Batmobile. The belt has contained many items such as smoke bombs, explosives and finger print kits.

•Batman also has a batrope and a batarang which is a type of boomerang.

Weaknesses:

•One of Batman's weaknesses is women as he is very close to lots of women and at times this could be used against him to lure him into traps.

•Single-mindedness: Batman is driven to protect the people and the city of Gotham and on many occasions this has been used against him up to limits where he goes to exhaustion.

Personality:

Batman in most of his incarnations is a dark and from figure and hero who has a personal vendetta against criminals. He is traumatized by the death of his parents he sets out to rid the streets of Gotham of the elements of criminals that tool his parents from him. Bruce is also very paranoid and obsessive which makes it hard for him to trust anyone apart from those he knows like Alfred, Robin and Batgirl. He does however have a great love for humanity which was instilled by his parents.

He refrains from killing as he believes doing this would make him not greater than those criminals he fights. He also also founder member of the Outsiders and a prominent member of the Justice League. To hide his secret identity he has constructed a fake persona he can use in his civilian identity. Bruce is also a self-absorbed, superficial and irresponsible playboy and philanthropist.

History:

As a young child Bruce Wayne watched the murder of his parents before his very eyes. Thomas and Martha Wayne were walking home from the Monarch Theatre with their son when they were held at gunpoint by a mugger who demanded the necklace Martha wore and when they refused they were both shot dead in the streets. The killer was a criminal known as Joe Chill. That night luckily a young physician called Leslie Tomkins was making house calls that night and was able to comfort the traumatized Bruce. Bruce was then raised on Wayne Manor with the help of the trusted butler Alfred Pennyworth and he had very few friends during his childhood.

Bruce Wayne soon swore an oath to rid the world of criminals that had taken his parents from him and he began training and travelling all over the world learning different crime fighting skills. Bruce Wayne returned to Gotham City years after he had spent away trading and learning practical skills. Despite having all the skills and talents to fight crime Wayne still believed that he was missing something and the answer came to him one night when he was sitting down in his manor. He recalled his fear of bats as a child after a large one crashed through the window and he decided to make his appearance resemble that of a bat. Wayne designed himself his own costume equipped with experimental technology and he set out onto the streets of Gotham to fight crime as Batman as that is what he called himself. Over the years Batsman would face many does the most famous of these being the Joker and his girlfriend Harley Quinn and he would also become a member of the Justice League and he is the founder of Outsiders.

Appearance:

Batman appears as a very dark and grim hero who has a very strong will. He appears as a bat like figure in a black suit that he designed himself with black gloves, black trousers and some of his clothes have special equipment in them. He also wears a mask to conceal his identity and protect him from different attacks. He also has recognisable yellow utility belt on which he carries such things like plastic explosives, smoke bombs amongst other things. Batman's suit is also bulletproof and fireproof and prevents damage to him from most attacks. Batman also appears as a very intelligent and strong character who also seeks to protect Gotham from villains.

Roleplay sample:

Bruce was in his office at Wayne enterprises when one day he was informed of a young lady who wanted to meet with him. The young lady in question was Elizabeth Sullivan who was a young 17 year old girl who was founder member of Sullivan enterprises. Bruce nodded to his secretary and Elizabeth came in. "Good morning my lady you must be Elizabeth founder of Sullivan enterprises. I am Bruce Wayne founder of Wayne enterprises and i told you wish to discuss things." I say to her as she sat down. She discussed everything with me and soon we came to agreement.

"Perfect my lady that is all settled and it has been a pleasure doing business with you my lady and good luck with your company as well" i say to her as we shake hands and she makes way with both of us satisfied. Later that day Bruce returns back to Wayne Manor and he settles down and begins to think of the great meeting he had today. "An excellent day today Alfred such a fine young girl came to visit me at work who herself had her own company. We had a good talk and came to agreement too" he says to Alfred who handed him a drink and soon after Bruce received word of danger that was happening in Gotham and he prepared himself to fight his latest criminal.
