Personality: She is outgoing and strong. She will do whatever it takes to get the person that has done a crime. She is every smart when it comes to arrows and bows. She can also do the best flips in the air. But she still learning alot. She loves the moonlight and roses but what girl doesn't like them. But in someways she is also a tom boy. She don't wear dresses unless she has to and her adopted father is trying to get her to wear more of them.  She is mostly in the gym or out running. She loves to keep fit and workout alot.

History: Blair was born in Gotham City. Her father was a great archer and met her mother while on a hunting trip. Soon they found out they both where working for Wayne Enterprises. And was married shortly later Blair was born.  Blair's parents worked with Wayne Enterprises. One in finance and the other a secretary. When Blair was born her parents asked Bruce to be the god father. And a friend to the family but her life changed when one summer a year ago they were on their way home with Blair from a company picnic when their tire blew out on the highway and they were involved in a crash.

She lived, but both of her parents died. Bruce learned of it right away and took her in and once he found out she had no relatives who could take her he adopted her. She soon learned about her father being a great archer and took the time to learn it. But it was hard for her to get use to being with a new family and being someone new. Her adopted father soon had the courts let him adopted her and let her have the name Wayne. Soon he had a friend of his teach her more about being a archer but not until she was to find out who her adopted father really was Batman. The day the new people came she was in the batcave.

"She said while shaking her head thinking if they really care they would be helping not just standing there. She pulled out her arrow and aimed it to the rooftop across the street and with a wave of her hand she zipped down the rope to the other side of the street.She soon got him out and then nodded her head as she pulled out her arrow and aimed it to the rooftop across the street and with a wave of her hand she zipped down the rope to the other side of the street.

       She landed on one of the rooftops that was before she got to the place her arrow was at. She looked around  She wondered where Batman was to help Alfred. She could hear footsteps behind her and she slowly drew her another arrow and turned pointing it something that was not human or so she thought."Who are you?" She asked pulling back on her bow as the thing just stood there. She couldn't  make out a face of any kind. She shot the arrow and it went flying threw the air and right threw what ever it was as she grabbed another arrow she looked up and it was gone. Now  she was really lost at what happen right there. She put her hand to her ear. "Hey I just ran into something that my arrows went right threw." She said walking over putting up the other arrow.
