•Poisonous blow: Stacy can produce a strong poisonous blow which can instantly affect anything it touches with a dangerous toxin capable of killing.

•Superhuman speed: Stacy possesses super speed especially when in the form of Black Viper meaning she can easily catch and attack her victims.

•Poison kiss: Stacy can produce a deadly venomous kiss onto her victims with different choices of paralyzing or poisoning victims.

•Master of disguise: Stacy is an expert in the art of disguise she has taken many identities and has used disguises to catch victims and her beauty plays a key weapon in her plans. She hides her true identity well.

•Expert runner: Stacy is an extremely good runner having been known to outrun even some of the greatest athletes.

•Multilingual: Stacy can speak five languages. She is fluent in English, Russian, German, French and Portuguese.

•Expert hand to hand combatant: Stacy is a brilliant hand to hand d fighter when she needs too but she rarely uses this as she relies on her powers to help her.

Weaknesses:

•Strength: Stacy may be a very quick and quite powerful villian but she lacks strength and cannot lift objects that are heaving than 20kg and any heavy object falling on her would be difficult for her to move.

•Sharp weapons: Stacy has a weaknesses when it comes to weapons such as spears or arrows as she can be wounded by them although they do not kill her unless she is in human form.

•Small spaces: Stacy has a big fear of small spaces and she get agitated and anxious and scared when stuck in a small space especially when she can see no light.

Personality:

Stacy is a very clever physcopath. She is also brutal, and can be very very violent towards her victims. As a physcopath she cares about nothing making her a very dangerous being. Despite this she is very intelligent and difficult to trick. She is an excellent runner. When in Black Viper form she is sharp witted, has great sense of smell and is very agile. She can also be very cunning and she is a master of disguise and secret identities. She has an expert knowledge of poisons.

History:

Stacy Clark was born in London to parents Michael and Rose Clark. Her father was a doctor in medicines and her mother was a teacher. Stacy grew up loving the streets of London and over the years she got to know her way around them. Stacy studied nature at university as she wanted to be a plant expert or botanist when she graduated and one day as part of her degree she travelled with her fellow school classmates with their professor to a remote Australian forest to learn about a particular type of plant only found in Australia. One night whilst camping with the others Stacy was sitting by a fire getting ready to sleep when during the night she accidentally leaned on a passing snake and she got bitten not knowing at the time that it was one of the deadliest snakes in the world. The snakes venom rapidly passed through her body interfering with all her cells and this soon travelled to her brain and soon she passed out. Seeing what had happened the professor immediately knew the only option was to get Stacy back home for best treatment possible and so they abandoned the trip and returned to England where Stacy barely alive was rushed to the best medical hospital in the country.

She was treated overnight for her wound and it was from that moment doctor's could no longer feel a pulse. Believing her to be dead they tested her blood for a cause of death and discovered the most deadly poison in her body and no one had ever survived it. When they returned with the coroner later however they found her breathing although still unconscious and they moved her to a ward surprised how she survived. Stacy woke and she was now a changed person. The poison from the snake had entered her brain and had changed her whole brain and thinking methods around. Showing no signs at first of any mental distress Stacy was given the all clear from hospital a month later and she was discharged back home and to her parents. All was fine to start with when after three months Stacy suddenly changed and with it so did her mind. She was now a different person and one day when she woke she turned on her parents and whilst having breakfast with them she slit their throats with a knife. She was soon arrested charged with murdered and later when she was 22 she was transferred to a high security mental asylum that was the securest place in the world at the time being declared a threat to all. After a year in the asylum Stacy became the first person to have ever escaped from it and with her being a physcopath she became the most dangerous criminal in the land.

Stacy would travel to America where she would take up a resident and she now started to dress all in black and started creating her own toxins putting them into lipstick. She began going by the name of Black Viper and she went on a killing spree around the streets of Gotham and New York with many falling victim to her poison. She started to soon target young Superheroes as she had always hated seeing them all around her mother. She soon became the archenemy of the Teen Titans and the Young Avengers wanting to rid the land of these wannabe heroes. Years after taking up this new identity Stacy began to target the youngsters spreading chaos across Gotham mainly killing innocent people to and searching for the heroes. One day whilst she attacked civilians in Gotham trying to find out more about her  I enemies she noticed above her in the sky a slight change in the stars and the moon had become too and she now knew that the two universes had joined as one which excited her even more.

Appearance:

Stacy appears as a very physcopatic character especially when in the form of Black Viper. She is a woman of average height and her figure is very athletic. She has fine blonde hair with blue eyes. She has however been seen with various different colour hair colour from her different identities she takes. When she is in the form of Black Viper she appears wearing a black leather costume with black tights and matching boots. She carries a long black whip around the left side of her waist. She has at times worn other clothes but she mainly wears her black with her most deadly black lipstick.

Roleplay Sample:

Stacy had recently arrived in the streets of Gotham as she was searching for both the Young Avengers and the Teen Titans and she was causing chaos in the streets of Gotham trying to find answers. "Tell me where are the Young Avengers and Teen Titans for i have something for them. Tell me or i shall kill you". She said as she used her whip to grab a civilian trying to escape. "Where do you think your going i have not finished yet" she said pulling the person back and she used her poisonous blow on them. Shortly after the police where on the scene of the crime after hearing of trouble in the streets.

"Good evening officers stand back or all these people shall die. Such pity to see everyone suffer" she said as she blew a poisonous wind over everyone before taking to running and continued her search for her enemies. Stacy resumed her human identity and she travelled back to her home trying to find more on the location of them and soon she was back out on the streets of Gotham and shortly after she travelled to Central City in disguise to meet with someone on the location of the Young Avengers. Disguising herself as a red head FBI agent she was meeting with someone who knew about the Young Avengers. "Good morning my name is Agent Brown from the FBI and we are looking for a group who go by the name of the Young Avengers as we have received reports that they have been committing criminal activities and we have been sent to respond and i was told you knew of their location" She said to the young man and soon after she found out what she wanted after pressurising him and she then gave him the killer kiss before leaving happy she knew where they now we're.
